Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Guild Six, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

Tradespeople may create a free account and use the platform during a 90-day trial period. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to keep your profile active. All information on your profile — including job cards, photos, and business details — must be accurate and represent real completed work.

Reviews must be submitted by real customers who hired the tradesperson. Submitting false reviews, whether positive or negative, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. Tradespeople may not solicit reviews from non-customers or incentivize reviews in any way that compromises their authenticity.

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content to Guild Six, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the platform. You may not upload content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes on third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or disrupts the integrity of the review system. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Guild Six is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions between users, or the accuracy of review content.
