Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and account type (tradesperson or homeowner). Tradesperson accounts also collect business name, trade category, service area, phone number, city, and state.

When you create job cards, we store job details and any photos you upload. When homeowners submit reviews via QR code, we collect their name, review content, and rating — no homeowner account is required.

We use your information to operate the platform: displaying your public profile, collecting and showing verified reviews, and sending email notifications related to your account activity.

When you upload a screenshot of a review to import it, we use Anthropic's AI service to read the image and extract the reviewer's name, rating, and review text. The image is processed solely for this purpose.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, we use Stripe to process your payment. Checkout takes place on Stripe's own hosted page — Guild Six never sees or stores your actual card details.

We offer "Sign in with Google" as an authentication option when creating or logging into your account. If you're a tradesperson and choose to connect your Google Business Profile, we use it to sync your real Google rating and review count onto your Guild Six profile.

When you view the site in a language different from the one a bio or review was originally written in, we use DeepL to translate that text.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to serve advertisements.

Tradesperson profiles, including business name, trade category, city/state, bio, job cards, and reviews, are publicly visible to anyone. If you do not want this information public, do not create a tradesperson account.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. All connections are encrypted in transit.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing team@guildsix.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
